Biography

Justine DiNardo Lim is an award winning Interior Designer with over 16 years of experience. She has served as both a Senior Designer and Project Manager for a variety of prestigious New York City architectural firms. Over the course of her career, Justine has been able to take her design expertise international. She has successfully completed projects in several European countries as well as in Canada.

Justine's work has been well received, earning her publication in various trade publications and is well respected among her peers. Justine's experience and talent in project development afford DL&P the ability to design creative and workable solutions to any design project while still creating an environment that results in the combination of both beauty and function for the client and their guests.

Justine received a BFA in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. She resides in Northern New Jersey with her husband and two sons.

Alicia Parker is an interior designer with over 12 years of diversified design experience. She worked as both a Design Director and Senior Designer for several top 100 design firms in New York City. During her career, Alicia has earned a reputation for developing and designing award winning projects for several prestigious corporations and residences. Alicia's experience and talent in design development afford DL&P's clientel the benefit of a design that transforms the everyday visual environment into a space of beauty, sophistication, inspiration and functionality.

Alicia received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia and resides with her husband in Southern New Jersey.
